The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of advertising agency experience. As a digital designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling digital material, e-marketing, and video production. You will work closely with the Creative Director.
Collaborate with Creative Director, creative and account teammates to support development of website design, content marketing, digital assets and video tools.
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design, photography, and footage.
Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
Create website designs, working with wireframes and site maps (knowledge of WordPress is a plus).
Capture quality video and multi-media presentations as projects dictate.
Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of film and deciding what's usable for the final cut. (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects experience is a must)
Develop an intimate understanding of agency and client brand message and tone to accurately capture in design, multi-media, and video form.
Skills & Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Experience designing for responsive design, in order to create assets for our web team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens. WordPress knowledge.
Strong graphic, layout, and typographic skills
Mac OS, and creative environment file management workflow
Microsoft Office Suite
Pre-flight/Pre-press file creation, PDF output, and oversight of final printed media
Knowledge with Video Exporting for social media
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of motion graphics preferred.
Ability to manage workflow and successfully meet deadlines.
