We are seeking a very independent and responsible subcontractor to perform simple service plumbing repairs, sometimes water heater installs, etc..it's all warranty work.
We Supply everything you need. This is residential it's warranty work and you will work under the umbrella of our insurance and license. We have ALL the work you need!
What we need from you is somebody that's an adult, responsible, dependable, and is not a baby! If your one these people that everything else is more important than going to work than this is NOT the gig for you we are definitely not the company for you. If you want to come to work, make a REALLY good amount of money for what you're doing and you can handle completing mostly uncomplicated jobs as usually this is simple in and out type of work at each house...if you can do that... then this is the greatest job you're ever going to find.
You must be generally mechanical, have good knowledge of how to perform plumbing and plumbing repairs other things included like changing toilet fill valve, changing faucets, auguring/snaking out clogged drains, changing sump pumps and sewage ejector pumps, and a lot of plumbing/pipe patch and repair. There are water heaters installs involved as well but really this is so simple. It's all easy and generally a one-man job.
We have all the tools that you need, all the supplies that you need, there's nothing you will need to get you started.. We even have a truck available if you're without. I need you to have a driver's license ....we'll discuss the details of the truck the tools and everything when we speak
As to the compensation this STARTS at $350 per day plus $75 for gas/tolls/vehicle. You are a 1099 independent contractor so you pay your own taxes. you will need to cover Rockland and Orange, Westchester and Putnam counties.Anything that's more than that or just slightly above like into Dutchess or on the Orange side above Route 84 ..you get paid extra. You also get paid extra for doing extra... you're expected to fill out reports and send pictures and complete a minimum of five jobs a day ...you can handle more than that which is easily to do...and if you do more than 5 you get paid a bonus of $100 for every extra job past 5 you do....it's just that simple... you work too late or a lot of hours bonus of $75-$100 per day can be the bonus for that...THIS IS NOT A HOURLY JOB. and you are an independent contractor. This is paid via direct deposit every 2 weeks. Your money is ALWAYS there...as long as you're ALWAYS there too!
Pay is not the issue here you will be compensated VERY well for what you do...the issue here is finding the right person that's not a baby that's an adult a grown up that can handle responsibility and go and do the jobs they are given to do every day without fail ....it's really that simple!
So if this TRULY sounds like this is you... you are an experienced mechanical person that has good knowledge of how to do plumbing repair and simple handy man plumbing tasks, you can handle being on your own as an independent contractor each day, isn't a drug addict or has all kinds of problems... then this is a job for you and you need to call me right away as this starts immediately as in Monday the 6th of July.. concessions can be made to start a little bit later but that's our preference that you start Monday there is an immediate opening that needs to be filled.
There will be an independent contract agreement that we sign and it will outline and guarantee all your compensation and everything that you get as well as guaranteeing to us that you'll do your job every day.
