We are a growing custom closet and cabinetry company seeking an experienced **woodworker / trimmer** to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on position working with high-end materials and installations in residential settings. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in finish carpentry.
**Compensation & Schedule:**
* $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
* 40 hours per week guaranteed
* Overtime available
* Paid Time Off (PTO)
**Responsibilities:**
* Trim and finish custom closets and cabinetry
* Install panels, shelving systems, and hardware
* Cut, fit, and assemble materials on-site and in shop
* Maintain clean and professional job sites
* Work with team to complete projects efficiently
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in woodworking / finish carpentry
* Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
* Ability to use standard woodworking tools and equipment
* Valid driver’s license (required)
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred:**
* Experience with closet systems or custom cabinetry
* Ability to read plans/drawings
