Ridge Line Home Improvement is looking for a hardworking, dependable Remodeling Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow in the construction/remodeling industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Interior demolition and job site prep
- Assisting with bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Installing and assisting with flooring (tile, LVP, hardwood, etc.)
- Basic to advanced carpentry work
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, safe worksite
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working alongside lead carpenters and project managers to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- Construction or remodeling experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required
- Ability to work well with a team and follow directions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
