We are seeking a motivated, reliable Apprentice Carpenter to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have attended trade school, and have a few years of hands-on residential construction experience, with a strong desire to continue learning the carpentry trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their skills while working alongside experienced craftsmen on high-end residential projects.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn all phases of residential construction, including framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling. This position offers excellent long-term growth potential for the right individual who is dependable, hardworking, and committed to developing their craft.
Requirements:
Drug- and drama-free
2+ years of residential carpentry or construction experience, with prior trade schooling preferred. Basic knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and general residential construction
Willingness to learn and accept instruction
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Live within a reasonable commuting distance
Must possess basic hand tools
Ability to work independently when needed and as part of a team
