Quick vise. Strong! Has removable non-marring pads and a removable quick release base. It is designed so that it can be easily removed from your workbench when you don't need it. What makes it portable is to mount it on a block and clamp the block to whatever you want. I would use it on my tailgate. Very handy and convenient.
