In the winter I heat the house 95% of the time with a EPA wood stove for 25 yrs and have a back up Wood Boiler in down stairs and a natural gas furnace . I love to watch the fire burn .
To enter the home you walk up 18 steps (Be in fair to good physical health)
The room is 10 x 12 with a built in closet.
We will both keep the house clean & organized
