Hi! I am renting out my beautiful farmhouse, located on the same road as Arrow-wood and Westwind while I work on a project and take care of some family stuff out of town. Looking for responsible person, roommates or very small family. I am OK with pets but please read below. No smoking, I am severely allergic and do not even let family over who smoke.
Home: upscale, soaring ceilings, tons of character, modern at the same time, hardwood throughout. High tech LG washer/dryer in kitchen, chefs kitchen, 2 acres, stream for fishing and swimming, patio areas, dining area, counter area, commercial high end Imperial oven and range, dual climates, mini split, the list goes on and on. I will take better photos this week and am happy to showcase the house in person. It's way more beautiful in person, the photos I have are just random off my iphone.
Bedrooms: 1 Queen Bed with walk-in closet. 2 twin beds (used as guest room), 1 children's room with built ins, and cozy twin captains bed (built in). Bathroom: shower and claw foot upstairs, downstairs quarter bath - decor, and house is as cute as can be. Heated is propane, we have mini split for summer AC and also a wood burning stove.
Note: if you are interested in catsitting there is a potential to reduce rent. Let's talk!
What's included? Gardening, snow plow, trash and recycling.
What will you need to pay? Rent, electric (roughly $60 a month), Propane (varies but typically I fill 3x per year - $600-$700 per fill on autofill), and internet.
Most of my furniture can be stored inside my barn if you have your own.
House will be professionally cleaned prior to us moving out. To get started First Month & small security deposit. ($1000). References and background check.
I aim to be back in time for 2026 school year in September. Looking to fill as much of that time as possible. Ideally Jan- August or Feb to August.
Note: I cannot do lower because this covers a %% of mortgage, I am not looking to make money, I am looking to help with mortgage relief while I deal with some things.
