I may not sell this.
I have a bunch of multi grip bars and I need to get rid of some so I’m just putting this up to gauge interest.
I can’t remember the name of the brand, but I’ve had this bar for a while.
I don’t think it’s made anymore.

It’s double sided, which is awesome.
Neutral and angled grips, which gives you three different bars in one.
It is rackable.
It is also thinner than a lot of the newer multi grip of bars.
The handles are 5 inches, total width is 7 inches… Which means that it’s better balanced and less torque on your wrist.
You can keep it closer to your body for overhead presses and rows.
And also stacks better for bench pressing.
