Hello I'm in search of a super affordable room to rent from the owner of a residential shelter. I am looking for nothing more than a rental. I am willing to do animal care for cats or dogs. I can do house duties in exchange for partial rent. I have a valid driver's license but, I don't have a car. I am a work aholic and am looking to finish my degree. I am a none smoker/vapor. I do not consume alcohol. I do not have a criminal record and I am not looking for one. I am super peaceful and extremely tidy. I can paint run a wet saw cut and measure 2x4's or what have you. I'm experienced in carpentry I know how to use power tools. I also waitressed in Ulster and Dutchess county for 20 years. I'm not looking for a PCA or HHA situation. I completed an apprenticeship at a skilled facility back when Nuns were around. I can cut the grass or take out the trash. I totally dig recycling. I don't play loud music I use my head phones. The only time I am loud is if I'm on the phone with a hard of hearing family member I'm soft spoken. I don't have any drama and I'm not looking for any. Craig's List has come a very long way in the last 18 years and I'm usually very successful with rentals and finding excellent employers through this site.
