Utilities such as electricity, heating oil and Internet are shared costs. Past and projected utility bills are available upon request.

Our present community includes folks of various ages and backgrounds. There is one resident farmer, a farmer trainee and two non-resident farmers.

Within the community we have or are developing the following projects:

- a microgreens operation in the upstairs original section of the house
- a worker-cooperative farm growing medicinal herbs, doing food-justice work, serving our immediate
area and region
- healing events
- nonprofit education and eco-social entrepreneurship
- a creative site for sustainable land use such as renewable energy, forest garden
- woodworking shop
- trail system

We enjoy 3 acres of farm fields, 43 acres of wooded hillside and a brook flowing into the nearby Tenmile River. Our full-size barn also dates from 1820.

On our land we host events such as equinox and solstice ceremonies; music jams; and farming skill-sharing, workshops and other programming. We have been host for family summer camps; a mycology conference; and many visitors from communities within which we work.

Applicants should connect with our community vision and possess both the desire and the ability to contribute in various ways to making this cooperative living space a thriving hub and sanctuary for all. We welcome your unique contribution to our dynamic community. Equality and respect of diversity are key values for us. We're working with existing community members to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for folks of all backgrounds, ages and orientations. All ages, children & families are welcome. We welcome discussion about what this has meant for us and about our plans for the future. All residents must contribute to household chores. We prioritize natural and organic household goods.
