students must verify that they are in school and are able to make rent/utilities
This rental is for only 4-6 months.

5-15 mins away from Vassar College, Marist, CIA
Parking behind the house or on side streets
have access to kitchen, basement (washer/dryer)
extra storage in the garage and basement as well
If needed I have a bed and a tv
You are only responsible for Rent and heat/electric (Central Hudson)
water and Wi-Fi are included
1 month and security deposit required
