Fully stocked peaceful apt. Shared kitchen, bathroom and use of a 3rd large bonus room (I currently use a corner of it as an office and current roommate used other half as an art studio)

Apt has gorgeous views of Mohonk and all brand new appliances (washer/dryer!)
Walkable into town but a car is ideal.

No pets or smoking. Looking for a quiet, working adult (I am 44 and work from home but try to get out a lot) Open to quiet students 21+.
