Regarding ads you post for rooms or apartments for rent. There are many people who have pets and need a place to live. If you post without mentioning if you allow pets, you will most likely get emails asking you. Ignoring those emails is inconsiderate. So if you dont feel like being bothered with questions about your rental then please include whether or not pets are allowed, whether utilities are included in rent, etc. Thank you for reading. No nasty replies please this is just a suggestion.
