This is an ENTIRE HOME SHARE, not a limited room share.
Room is practically untouched as it only served as a guestroom that was only used a handful of times. The room presently has a new twin size daybed/trundle bed that can stay if needed and easily removed if not.
The house is 2 stories with big living room, dining room, huge kitchen, laundry room and half bath downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs separated by a (shared) full bath in between.
House is very clean, spacious, and nicely appointed/decorated.
Utilities are approximately $100/mo. (Electric/heat/ac/WiFi/Netflix/Hulu/Amazon).
I am a male in my 40’s, a professional in the hotel/hospitality business, looking for a mellow, mature, financially stable person (m/f, any age) to share this lovely home.
You must be pet friendly as I have sweet old dog and a cool cat. Sorry, can’t accept more pets at this time. :/
