It’s completely furnished so it would be ideal for anyone who has no furniture at all. It has 2 pieces of furniture to store clothes, a full bed and a mini fridge, ceiling fan and central air. There is a parking space directly in front of the house. There is a comfortable deck to sit at in good weather. Share the bathroom, living room and kitchen with me. Bathroom has washer/dryer. Rent is $2,250. Your monthly share is half. And half of the utilities.
