One room for rent in a 3 bedroom home. Walk to town. Cornwall School District. Two units available, one is in the basement (380 sq feet), feels separate from rest of home. Also have a bedroom on the first floor, accessible through family living room. Less of a separate space feeling, however it does have a private bathroom.
Tenant has use of kitchen. Basement unit comes with mini fridge and portable stovetop. First floor unit has access to kitchen, but MUST keep tidy (family home). I recommend investing in a mini fridge and a portable stovetop and/or air fryer for first floor unit. Basement is NOT furnished, must bring your own bed/air mattress.
First floor has a new bed, which I'd be happy to keep in there however it MUST be kept in pristine condition.
Free street parking. Very safe neighborhood. Backyard on property is for my family, however I'd be open to tenant using it from time to time as long as it's kept tidy, and minimal noise after 9 pm. Propane grill on property.
