The unit is currently divided into two sections with a door. One section is 16’ long by 10’ wide ( just big enough for a small car). The other section is 11’ long and 10’ wide. The last tenant used this as office space. The wall can be taken down upon request. Unit has lights and electrical outlets which is included in the rent. There’s a no electric heater policy which will be strictly enforced. If caught using electric heaters, lease can be terminated or rent can be raised.
