Pet and house-sitting, cat/dog feeding, farm care (Mt Tremper)

I am offering pet care and house-sitting services, such as dog and cat feeding, and full house-sitting and land care for those going away for extended periods. I am also familiar and comfortable with farm animals, and have experience feeding and caring for them.
A few points:
- I am 41 years old, a visual and sound artist.
- I am originally from Vermont, attended college in Chicago, lived in Portland, OR for 5 years, and I moved to the Hudson Valley 6 years ago.
- I've worked in this field both through a company and independently in both Portland and Chicago.
- I have been surrounded by animals my whole life.
- Available for other animal care such as goats, chickens, and horses, as I have experience on farms and with farm animals.
- I am very patient with animals, and have much respect for both them and the environment in which I'm caring for them (ie the client's house, etc).
- My prices are always negotiable, as I know everyone cannot afford the same amount!
I have numerous references available upon request.
My prices are:
- $30 for cat/dog feeding/care. This would be an approximately 20 minute visit. This includes all feeding, medication if necessary, litter disposal and clean up. An increased, negotiable price is considered for clients who are further from my home in Mt Tremper. I also travel a lot for my day job, landscaping, so sometimes I'll be in your area anyway. We can work it out :)
- $50 for a full, 24 hour house-sitting. I am also open to a lower rate for extended periods of house-sitting for those going away for the winter. House-sitting includes watering plants, taking out garbage, wood stove maintenance, snow removal as needed, and any other household chores that need to be done. I've been house-sitting on and off for over 7 years.
