Utopia is a storefront gallery with 5 studios. The space is 3 floors of a building in the Historic Stockade.
The building is walkable to everything. The hardware store, catskill art supply, coffee, shops, restaurants.

This studio is right downstairs from the gallery, it is publicly zoned and up to code. It had been previously open for shopping.
Use as studio space, personal workshop, open a gallery, teach workshops, host events.

-Includes sidewalk cellar doors for loading.
-The studios are not for profit. The artists collective making work here supports the existence of the space.
-There will be the opportunity for a group exhibition of the studio artists at the gallery. There are painters, ceramicists and a weaver in the additional studios.
