Office Manager

Our client in the engineering industry, is looking for a temporary Office Manager to cover a leave.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $18 - $20/hour

Position Overview: The Office Manager will be responsible for helping out multiple departments with various tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be available to start working ASAP and be available for at least three to four months.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

• Create project files and maintain files for assigned managers
• Prepare correspondence, letters, memos and reports
• Coordinate and organize meetings as well as managing calendars
• Track permits, approvals and other submittals
• Provide general office support including coordination of seminars, managing office supplies and equipment and distribute mail to the appropriate department

Qualifications for the Office Manager:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and effectively work within a team
• Experience with budgets, collections and invoicing a plus
• Prior experience working in an Engineering office a plus

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
