We are looking to hire and add a business-like, enthusiastic clerical / office help team member to join our team.

Qualifications:
*GC background is a BIG plus!
*Previous experience in an office setting would be very helpful and willing to train individuals with an eagerness to learn and seek a long-term commitment.

Responsibilities:
*Answering phones, e-filing documents, general office duties.
*Assist and support the Office Manager and accounting team members by working closely on A/P, A/R data entry, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:
* This is an M-F in-office position. "Not a work-from-home opportunity," and no weekend is required.
* Able to perform work duties promptly M-F starting at 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
* Skills in Excel, Word, Gmail, OneDrive, Acrobat, and daily document scanning.
* Adapt to constantly changing environment within the office and processes.
* Great communication, answering phones and with office staff is key.
