Looking for someone to help me research properties in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster County.

This is mostly online work going through tax records and figuring out who owns what and how to contact them.

Not physical work, just someone who’s good on a computer and pays attention to detail.

Could turn into ongoing work if it works out. Pay depends on experience, either hourly or per property.
