Come try it out and take it home.

*No case or gig bag included. Just the guitar. Formal specs below.

The Reverend Buckshot is an attention-snagging axe that delivers the gamut of tones, from mind-bending twang to classic rock crunch — and beyond. A resonant korina body gives this solidbody electric guitar an incredible base tone, while its medium-oval-shaped neck and 12-inch radius, 22-fret fingerboard ensure easy playability. The Buckshot has a Greasy T single-coil in the bridge position and a Retroblast humbucker in the neck position, offering a versatile range of enviable tones. You’ll be blown away by the Buckshot’s cutting-edge electronics, which include a Bass Contour control. Meanwhile, its top-of-the-line hardware, such as ultra-reliable Reverend pin-lock tuning machines and a vintage-style Tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail tailpiece provide the feel and reliability of a first-rate instrument. If you’re itching for an exceptional T-style electric with style — and tone — to spare, look no further than the Buckshot.

Custom-shop-level construction and detail

The Buckshot teems with richness and warmth, thanks to its solid korina body. Korina, a medium-light tonewood with mahogany-like sonic characteristics, delivers all the resonance you can handle, along with a lively, responsive, and harmonic-laden sound that’s guaranteed to inspire. This solidbody electric boasts a roasted maple neck and fingerboard, along with a bolt-on neck joint for added sustain and tuning constancy, plus a convenient dual-action truss rod and a tone-heightening Boneite nut. The guitarists here at Sweetwater have found the Buckshot’s 12-inch-radius, 22-fret fingerboard to be among the most playable around. Finally, a beautifully constructed headstock lends a high-end, custom-shop vibe to this top-shelf electric guitar.

Ultra-versatile electronics

Plug the Reverend Buckshot into your favorite amp or modeler, and you’ll be ready to rip. This hot-rodded axe’s Greasy T bridge pickup begins where traditional T-style single-coils leave off, delivering a hotter, warmer tone than its vintage counterparts. This fat-sounding, ceramic-loaded pup features 42-gauge wire, yielding a vicious bite and a percussive attack. The Buckshot’s Retroblast neck pickup is a humbucker with incredible midrange punch, chiming highs, and string-to-string definition that’s to die for. If you’re aiming for classic rock crunch, this humbucker’s Alnico V–fueled tone will accommodate you. The Retroblast includes 42-gauge wire and an oversized magnet — the perfect ingredients for muscular rock ’n’ roll. You’ll dig this solidbody electric guitar’s Bass Contour control — a passive bass roll-off that not only tightens your low end but also revoices your pickups. Everything from scorching high gain to bluesy leads and country-fied twang is easily within the reach of the Buckshot.

Top-of-the-line hardware

When you dive into the Buckshot, you’ll find high performance in every component. This guitar’s Reverend pin-lock tuning machines lock your strings in place for out-of-this-world tuning stability and lightning-fast string changes. You also get a vintage-style Tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail tailpiece.
