When I owned my brick and mortar music store, I used to sell an awful lot of these guitars. They were designed to be a pretty good kid's guitar, but I wound up selling plenty of them to adults who wanted a guitar to take to the beach or a campfire! They were well made, played pretty well, and came with a ten year manufacturer's warranty!
This one is brand new, and the warranty applies, but it does need a small repair job. The heel of the neck has started to separate from the body of the guitar, and needs to be glued and clamped before the guitar will be playable again. It's a real simple repair, and once done, you will have a nice, brand new child's guitar, with a 10 year warranty!!!
Technically, you could use the warranty as soon as you got the guitar, and you wouldn't need to actually do the repair, because Indiana Guitars would repair or replace the guitar for you, but for a repair this easy and simple, it really wouldn't pay, because the company would probably require you to return the guitar at your expense, and by the time you paid the shipping both ways, you could buy the guitar new! The sell for about $70, but they don't come, new, with the chipboard case!
The case is a used chipboard case, not originally made for this guitar, but in excellent condition. It's a tiny bit bigger than the guitar, and fits pretty snuggly. Probably use a small towel or rag as a spacer at the bottom, just to be sure it doesn't move around in the case.
If you buy the guitar, I'll give you a receipt which will enable you to activate the warranty.
