The telescoping wing nut does not work as well as it should. It requires being unfastened on both sides, which just means you’ll need a bolt fitting on one side to be adjusted with a wrench or channel locks. It stays in place just fine, it’s just annoying to have to keep the tool around for that one specific purpose.
