Both are pre-paid tracfones.
One is a Alcatel One Touch A250G.
The other is an LG 306G.
Comes with 2 USB micro-b cables, one specifically for charging, and the other for both charging and data transfer.
Also included is a car adapter that works with both.

You will have to get a new Sim card for the LG 306G and get it properly hard reset.
