CNC machining experience, particularly in aerospace
Some level of programming experience, including modifying programs as needed
Self-starter with a strong foundation in machining fundamentals
Motivated to learn beyond operating a single machine
Ability to take responsibility and show initiative, especially in a lead role
5-10 years of experience in a lead role is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills are preferred
Aerospace and precision backgrounds are preferred
Turning experience is preferred
Leadership potential is preferred
