Fresh Start Facility Services is seeking experienced subcontractors for ongoing work at large multi-unit residential communities.
Subcontractors may work under Fresh Start Facility Services’ insurance, with payment issued per completed job based on approved scope.
Services Needed (One or More):
Turn Painting (apartment turns)
Cleaning (move-out / deep cleaning)
Gutter Cleaning
Power Washing
Siding Repair
Roofing (repairs & replacements)
Flooring (vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet)
Concrete (walkways, pads, repairs)
Fencing (wood, vinyl, chain-link)
Mold Remediation
