I will be needing a skilled carpenter that can work alone with good work ethic. This Gig is for twelve weeks of work renovating an existing home. You are not gutting the whole house,but everything needs going over;paint,some drywall,flooring,kitchen and bathroom remodel.I am paying a fair wage for this; $21k. House will be totally empty of people and furnishings,so you can work as fast and undisturbed as you want.You must have your own tools.
