I am looking for someone to help me find a property in upstate NY and then I want that person to build me a self sustainable homestead. They can use it to advertise, experiment with different materials. Video tape the whole process and share online. A prepper type person that can make an off grid home a very functional space. You will be able to stay on the land and live, I can help feed you. It will have to be upstate in a cheaper property tax area. I can’t deal with someone that drinks alcohol. Too many bad experiences. I am learning a lot on this medicinal herb farm Im renting a room in for now. I am very much into gardening and living off the land. It would be cool if you were also into it.
