Scope of Work
HVAC diagnostics & troubleshooting
A/C and heating repairs
Preventive maintenance
Thermostat replacements
Air handler & condenser repairs
Mini-split service (a plus)
Emergency service calls (when needed)
Light equipment replacements
Requirements
3+ years HVAC experience
EPA Certification required
Fully insured (General Liability)
Valid driver's license and reliable work vehicle
Own tools and equipment
Ability to pass background requirements for military installations
Professional communication and dependable scheduling
