We are seeking a professional, reliable contractor to partner with us on an immediate apartment turnover project in Beacon, NY. The work is ready to begin this week, with the opportunity for future projects for the right company.
Scope of Work
🔹 Drywall patching & repairs
🔹 Interior painting
🔹 Install smoke detectors
🔹 Change locks
🔹 Replace blinds & window screens
🔹 Install new ceiling fans
🔹 Install LED light fixtures
🔹 Deep cleaning of apartments
🔹 Miscellaneous punch list items
Requirements
✅ Must be an established company (not looking for individual handymen)
✅ Proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance is REQUIRED
✅ Must have your own tools, equipment, and transportation
✅ Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
✅ Quality workmanship and attention to detail
Payment
💳 Payment will be made via ACH / Direct Deposit in accordance with agreed payment terms.
💰 This project has a fixed budget and is best suited for companies that are comfortable working within the established pricing. We value long-term partnerships and have additional opportunities for the right contractor.
