- Maintain the appearance of commercial buildings & properties.
- Perform scheduled maintenance for building facilities equipment, systems and fixtures.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC experience required.
- Responsibilities to include grounds & landscape upkeep/ power washing / roof drain maintenance / safety related maintenance / equipment maintenance/ pool & fountain maintenance.
- Position involves daily physical labor. Applicant must be in excellent physical condition and good health and be able to perform a variety of hands-on jobs.
Applicant must have good communication skills, effective time management skills, be detailed oriented, possess proactive problem solving skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Must have clean DL. Drug Testing required.
- Experience in Property Maintenance required.
