Responsibilities:
• Assist with building decks, framing, posts, railings, and structural components
• Operate basic power tools safely
• Load/unload materials
• Work efficiently as part of a small crew
• Follow instructions and quality standards
Requirements:
• Must have some construction or carpentry experience
• Must have transportation to job sites
• Must be dependable and able to work outdoors
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
