Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Field Occupancy Inspectors to oversee the assessment and verification of occupancy statuses. This vital role involves a combination of casual drive by inspections and conducting thorough interior inspections of bank owned properties. The ideal candidates like to drive, like to work alone, understand time management and due dates, and have a keen eye for detail.
You will receive inspections throughout the week.
All inspections have a due date for which it needs to be completed by.
Sometimes you will have less than 5 days to get them completed.
Basically, you will be "on call" based on the due dates of the inspections.
The average inspection takes 3-5 minutes. We pay per inspection. That means the more you work the more you'll make.
We require a 95% on time completion rate.
Duties:
• Collect accurate data including pictures and notes, documenting findings via apps on your phone.
• Plan routes and complete inspections within the time frame provided
• Communicate with us in regards to time off needed in advance
Expectations:
• You are a 1099 contractor you are responsible for your taxes and expenses
• You use your car
• Excellent time management
Pay: Pay is every 2 weeks direct deposit
Each inspection pays $9.00 per correctly completed inspection, we have hundreds of inspections in the following counties:
Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Delaware, Otsego, Saratoga, Ulster, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Renesselaer, Sullivan, Warren, Washington, and Westchester
This position works great for someone who wants a flexible schedule. You will be your own boss and work from your car, so being self-motivated is key!
