We are a newly launched estate and short-term rental management company serving the Hudson Valley. We manage premium homes and STR properties, ensuring they are maintained, inspected, guest-ready, and operating smoothly.
We are hiring a highly reliable, detail-oriented person to become an Inspector & Field Manager Trainee. This is a hands-on role that involves traveling from property to property, performing inspections, meeting vendors, and supporting day-to-day field operations.
What You’ll Do (Primary Duties)
• Perform detailed interior and exterior property inspections
• Ensure homes and STRs are clean, staged, safe, and guest-ready
• Document conditions using mobile apps (photos + notes)
• Meet vendors on-site and verify quality of work
• Support turnovers and cleaning schedules
• Restock supplies and complete light preparation tasks
• Communicate with management and log reports daily
• Assist with estate management tasks for absentee owners
What We’re Looking For
• Extremely reliable with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly
• Tech‑savvy enough to use apps and photo reporting tools
• Professional and respectful in high‑end homes
• Calm under pressure and solution‑oriented
• Flexible availability.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle preferred.
Preferred (but not required):
• Property management or hospitality experience
• STR operations or inspections
• Facilities/maintenance background
