Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Worker to join our team in Chester, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing existing systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and functional work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workmanship while performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Perform routine maintenance and inspections on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
-Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
-Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to extend equipment lifespan
-Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and effectively
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from staff and management
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and parts used
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards while performing duties
-Perform general facility upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and minor construction tasks
-Collaborate with other team members and external contractors when necessary
-Report hazardous conditions and recommend improvements to facility safety and efficiency
-Operate and maintain various landscape equipment and grounds
-Assist with snow removal and shoveling
