What You’ll Do
Assist in pool construction from start to finish (vinyl & gunite)
Support excavation, site prep, and layout
Help with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Assemble steel walls and assist with plumbing and conduit installation
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with a crew to complete projects on time
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of construction experience (required)
Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
Strong work ethic and reliability—your team depends on you
Positive attitude and ability to take direction
Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced skills
Physical & Schedule Requirements
Able to lift 80+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods
Willing to work 6 days/week, including Saturdays, during peak season
