Saeco PicoBaristo super automatic espresso machine. Well maintained and in very good condition. I have used this machine daily for a couple of years and it has performed like a champ.

It's the easiest way to make decent espresso drinks at home – fill the reservoir with water (it takes AquaClean water filters) and the hopper with good beans and just press a button. It also comes with a milk frothing jug for making lattes and other drinks with steamed milk. The original manual is included.

I'm sure I could get several more years of service out of this machine, but my wife wanted to experiment more so we are transitioning to a more manual espresso machine. I've taken good care of it and maintained it well, rinsing the brew group often, descaling periodically, etc.
