I am a gainfully employed electrician with many talents. Mostly I need a place for my tools and working room to use them.
Must haves
Garage
At least one space for bedroom,
Kitchen,
One full bath,
Reasonable rent amount.
Prefers to have
Two car garage,
Backyard attached to open woods,
A repair work relationship for some rent,
Be a long term rental (2-5 years).
Allow for one small dog but it’s not a must.
