Hello, My partner works full-time as an assistant manager at Valvoline. I am an independent contractor. We have a toddler. We have no pets.

We are looking for something 1700 and under, plus/minus any of the services I can help with if you would like that.

I am willing to do anything from yard work, cleaning, organizing, light repairs, interior and exterior painting, deck staining, even nanny work, laundry, cooking, you name it, I may be able to help!
We don’t have great credit scores so it has been very difficult to find a place to live. If anything is appealing or if anyone would be willing to take the first 3 months up droit plus security, please reach out.
Looking ideally in Newburgh/new windsor and surrounding areas, a large one bedroom or 2 bedroom.
