Hello, my spouse, our one year old and I are looking for an apartment in the Newburgh new Windsor area. Atleast one large bedroom. We were displaced from black mold and put at the countryside inn in New Windsor. My spouse works fulltime, and I do some off the books work. We have great references, just not great credit.
I’m willing to do housekeeping, yard work, light maintenance, painting, some flooring, repairs,
Hell I’ll even make cooked meals or do Laundry, be a baby or animal sitter for you. We’ve been here for 8 months now, and have 12k saved up. If you have any ideas or advice please email.
Looking for place to be 1600 or less.we don’t smoke nor have animals. We don’t have a car and use taxis and transport services through social services. We need a lease for social services.
