Overnight Caregiver for Male with mid stage dementia
Looking for help from 10pm - 8am every night of the week. (So, his wife can sleep)
I'm interested in hiring 2 people to get full coverage for the week.
(Live in position a possible future option for someone I've already hired, if/when I can make space available)
Experience working with and managing mid & late stage dementia a must.
Must be able to build a relationship, connect with and engage the client.
Client does get agitated and occasionally aggressive.
Needs help with toileting, hygiene, dressing, and bathing.
Kitchen skills needed to provide client with morning food or drinks on specialty diet.
Light housework/cleaning needed. (Clean up after clients messes, and clean kitchen after any drink/food prep)
Acceptance of working with 2 pet cats required.
