Very rare 80's minimalist black plastic gooseneck fluorescent lamp. It can be set at many different angles from 90° to completely vertical. The plastic shade on the bulb also rotates, allowing you to throw the light forward or towards you. This lamp requires one 18" fluorescent light bulb to operate(there is one currently in it).
Great as a desk lamp, floor lamp, etc.
