Overstock custom light fixture originally made for retail store setting. Never used. Rust is intentional for aesthetic. Mounting clamp is adjustable. Lamp shade angle is not adjustable (the turn knobs are just for aesthetic). No on/off switch - meant to be controlled by wall switch/power source. 30 watt max
