I bought this unit new from PetLibro with stainless bowl. I thought I would use it for my cat. I opened box took everything out installed the APP on my phone and figured out how it all worked and it opened and closed as the time scheduled. I did not put food in it and I decided it would not work with my cat. She is beyond picky and looks at her regular food bowl and walks away. Might or might not go back there to eat it. Hence if i am out I have no idea if she is eating and then after a time Petlibro lid would just close. I also don't have the patience to train her to get used to it. So hence I boxed it up as you see it, in original box and wrapping , packing material and instructions etc
