So, our new cook will fry, saute, grill, prep & shuck, etc. They may also take phone or counter orders, pack up take out or run food. They will help out with dishes when needed, as well as general kitchen cleanliness.
Full time, Saturday availability is a must!
Interview Assessment will include basic knife skills, clam & oyster shucking, fish & chip frying, salmon grilling and whipping up a shrimp scampi
This is year round employment. You will be expected to be available for all summer holiday weekends, Thanksgiving Week and for the entire month of December.
