Server at Blooming Hill

Blooming Hill Farm is looking for servers to build our team. Our restaurant and wedding venue is located on an operating farm. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Servers are cross trained on both catering style events and restaurant service. Compensation is $12.50 per hour plus tips when working in the restaurant and $25-30 per hour (flat hourly rate) when working an event. Due to volume of applications we do not respond to all inquiries. If you do not hear back from us please assume we are not interested at this time, or the position has been filled.

Responsibilities of Servers Include:

• Setting up for restaurant service and events.
• Understanding our menu in order to help customers make menu selections and answering questions about preparation and allergies.
• Delivering a great customer experience with the hopes of creating repeat guests.

Qualifications Desired

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work on a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience as a Server, Catering Waitstaff or Customer Service Representative
• General Experience in the food and beverage industry
