Studio 6 Fishkill Westage NY is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Agent) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and balance cash transactions
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor room availability and update reservation systems accurately
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements
• Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (not required — we will train!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts if required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
